This is only my second grinder, and just just the first of any quality. So I am not an experienced grinder, although I've had an espresso machine for going on 40 years. With all of these qualifications, I would be quite happy with my Rancilio Rocky doserless grinder were it not for the fact that it quit after just over two years use. That was in early February, and as of early May I still haven't gotten it repaired.

See above. Broke down in just over two years--would not start, no noise, no nothing. The only place to get it repaired that I could is in New Jersey, and they did nothing to it for well over two months. Apparently a backlog of machines to repair. All machines, not just this one.

What more can I say? I am not an experienced coffee grinder, but that does not disqualify me from making the judgment that the machine broke down too quickly and it is taking far too long to get repaired.
