Positive Product Points
A beautiful design. If those round looking ones bother you, this is the one to consider. It's easy to use.
Negative Product Points
1st, at the hole where the grinds come out, there's always some leftover at the edge, that I'll have to shake out. 2nd, its hard to adjust coarse to fine grind, there's some resistant from the leftover grinds inside. All you have to do is bring it all the way to the left, give it a few pulses, then it'll be smooth again.
Detailed Commentary
Over all, I'm happy with what I've got. It delivers great coffee for me every morning. But it definitely makes me wonder about what would an even better machine could do. If anyone is thinking about a possibility of getting a consumer espresso machine, should consider at least this grinder. I have a small apartment and kitchen counter space is always an issue for me. This Rancilio Rocky really stood out for me because its got a very clean cut design, no unnecessary curves or edges that collect dust.
