Detailed Commentary

Using a full commercial grinder is a great plus for any coffee
consumer the concistency of this grinder is excellent.
The new blades installed made the difference and for the small
investment it will produce a even ground. Hope that the normal
few grinds in the bottom of my cup will be a thing of the past.
The adjustment is stepped but adequate. It was easy to adjust and took only 4 shots before i had to check the feature that prompted the purchase. Love the doser adjustment, a simple knob inside the doser that with thump and forefinger was easy to set. With help of a digital mini-scale , the doser was set at 2 drops for single shot and 3 drops for double shot to get 10.5 gram single and 15.7 double.
As i prefer a heavier single than the CC could do. The only problems are that the plastic dish/catch tray and the filterbasket receptor
don't meet my expectations of a commercial grinder. The size of the grinder is another point , a bit to big for my kitchen bench. I will have to adjust hopper to fit under cabinets. That will be the next project
for a rainy day.

Buying Experience

Had to have one and at this price was a bargain .

Three Month Followup

Good performer that has lived up to all expectations !
Might be overkill for domestic usage.
Hopper adjustment made by cutting hopper to allow unit under cupboard.
(the cutting was easy / finding a suitable hopper lid was the hardest part)
The looks have grown on me and the plastic parts that looked fragile have held up better than expected.
