Detailed Commentary
Clogs easily, very messy, but I can live with those problems. What I could not live with was after 6 months the machine totally broke down. The insides of this after inspection revealed a VERY poor set of design decisions. Especially bad is the grind adjustment and the plastic parts that make it up. Total junk, spend extra to get something that will last.
I probably ground (mostly espresso) around 20 pounds of beans in this machine before the grind adjustment totally froze up. When trying to turn the adjustment, the plastic adjustment ring came apart, with very little pressure. When I took the unit apart, the flaws of the design were obvious, everything was cheaply made and next to impossible to service or clean properly.
Conical burrs are a nice idea, and when used in a proper designed unit, they work fine. However, this version is just too cheaply made.

online company, good purchase experience, they really should not sell this machine in my opinion however.
