This is a very nice looking machine that is quiet and very easy to use.  It's a nice touch to have the front button as well as the side "timer" to use for grinding.

I'm getting a LOT of static with this machine.  I would like to see more than the 18 different grind settings.  I really don't like that I have to dump the entire grinder over to switch beans.

Since this is my first "quality" grinder (only had a $20 burr grinder before) I'm really just learning with the Maestro.  I love that it is fairly quiet for a grinder and is so simple to use.  It is a GREAT buy at the 129 range.  I wanted a quality grinder but wasn't prepared to pay over 150 for one.... YET!  This makes a great grinder for drip coffee and espresso but might not be the best if you'll only use it for espresso?  I would like to have a doser available (but will obviously have to pay more for it.)  It does seem to have a lot of static....  I like the option of being able to grind into my portafilter but seems a bit more of a hassle without a doser...  I'd like to see that the "timer" feature had more "info" to it in that you could set it exactly at the same place each time.  (I guess one could get around this by finding the exact mark and then marking it with a pen?)  It is a nice looking grinder and actually is "hidden" in my kitchen due to the darker colors.

Purchased the Maestro and my Gaggia Espresso from Whole Latte Love and had great customer service.  Will definitly do business with them again.
