I've had trouble with this product from day 1. It overgrinds the hell out of my coffee. In order to get an expresso grind I have to set it down on the drip setting. If I move it to the expresso setting it grind to a consistancy of sifted flour and it takes a probably 5 minutes to grind a shot. Yes, I set the inside grind ring and burr as the instructions stated. The worst thing is that this company has no customer service. I've tried to contact them for over a week about this problem and they ignore both my emails and phone messages. DONT BUY ONE OF THESE $160 PIECES OF GARBAGE!!! I'm taking mine back today!!!

I purchased this at Texas Coffee Traders in Austin and they were very nice. This is not a reflection on them at all. I would highly recomment them.
