I bought this grinder from Dillard's Department Store, used it 1 month and it quit. Sent it to mfg. They replaced motor and returned it. Used it 2 more months and it quit again. Asked Dillerd's to replace it with another brand. NO WAY! (30 days max return policy) Send it back to mfg. they said. I said NO WAY. At that point I told them to throw it in the trash, walked out never to return. Since the I purchased a nice little Black and Decker from Target for $30.00 and my coffee is great and the machine works with NO problems.
