Well, I hope no one tells me its just something I haven't adjusted... However, after 2 years of pretty good grinding this grinder has ceased to function. It grinds just fine- but won't "self feed". So, in order to grind I have to force beans into the grinder with a chopstick or similar device. It therefore takes 3 fullt twists of the timer and several minutes of frustrating chopstick shoving to get a hopper full of ground cofee... Yeah, yeah- we could just have a broken item- yet, my sister-in-law, who bought the same model, from a different Starbucks in a different city (inasmuch as any two Starbucks can be said to be different, anyway), has had exactly the same problem. I can't believe we're the only two! I'm getting a Rocky Doserless Grinder instead. Cheers!
