Good product. Not perfect, but pretty good for the price
Positive Product Points
Pretty good price. Fairly quiet. Does the job - gives a good grind.
Negative Product Points
Does generate some static. Not enough to spray everywhere, but enough to be irritating.
Detailed Commentary
Starbucks Barista $125 (sometimes on sale for about $90). Static problem eased in my case by grinding beans first, then leaving them for 5-10 min. while coffee/espresso machine is prepared for brew. Static pretty much dissipates in the meantime.
Only other minor problem (probably related to static)is that when ground bean receptacle is removed, a small amount of coffee seems to drop down from spout into now empty bin area. Happens even if the grinder is tapped fairly solidly to dislodge loose grounds. This obstructs bin replacement and has to be cleaned out. A 2 inch paintbrush (not used for paint!) works very well here.
