Detailed Commentary
I have used this at home for a couple years. It no longer grinds the coffee. I put the beans in the hopper and can crank all day, the beans do not pass through the burr. I have contacted the place of purchase and was given contact info for the U.S. importer. They have no intrest in repairing the grinder. I have sent many emails to Zassenhaus, but they do not reply. So I now have an expensive decoration. I thought this was supposed to be a quailty product. I could have bought a cheap model from Asia and had better results. I purchased an electric grinder at Target and it works fine. If that breaks, I can buy two more and still have spent less money than I did on the Zassenhaus.

Three Month Followup
Well it's been three months since I've posted my experenice with the Zassenhaus #151. I've tried many times to contact Zassenhaus and have given them several ways to replay, but to no avail. I've heard nothing from the company. So I have a nice looking coffee mill that just collects dust.
