low cost consistent grind gind is fine enough for espresso
Negative Product Points
takes a little effort not suitable for ginding beans for a full pot of coffee
Detailed Commentary
I learned the hard way that my Krups gvx burr grinder was not up to the task of grinding beans for my new Isomac Venus. There was no way I could shell out the money to an electric ginrder that was up to the task. As a last resort I decided to try the Zassenhaus. So far I am very impressed with what this little machine can do. My first batch of coffee grinds was consistent but proved to fine for the Isomac Venus. However, a slight adjustment and I found myself getting a smooth shot with excellent crema in ~25 sec. By the way it only takes about 2 minutes to grind enough beans for 3 to 4 double shots.
