I got this for camping, work, picnics, etc.
It takes much longer to grind than I expected, especially at the finer grinds. It takes about 3 minutes for drip coffee, but it will handle espresso if you don't mind spending 5-10 minutes grinding. I pair it up with a swiss gold 1 cup drip filter.
The handle doesn't fold or store inside, like some of the other turkish mills. It just has a slot that the top of the grinder goes into. This makes it hard to crank really fast, since there is really nothing to brace it against.
The best portable grinder where it counts - in the consistency of the grinds.
