I mix the coffee and water in a cup and let it sit for 1 minute mix again then transfer it to the press. I change the grind throughout each bag of beans to produce a different cup each time. The Aeropress is very simple to use. When using good beans the end product rivals coffee from a Clover. I buy beans from a retailer that uses the same beans on the Clover so I compare a lot. I recommend this to everyone and will use it commercially. The product is simple to clean and maintain. I feel this makes a better cup then from a french press. This is the only way I make my coffee for 2 years now.
