Negative Product Points

- no crema

- looks could be improved

Detailed Commentary

The AeroPress produces a strong, smooth, rich flavor extraction.  The grind should be between an espresso and a drip.  The water temperature should be between 85c - 90c for lighter roasts and 80c - 85c for darker roasts.

The end result will be a shot as strong as a moka-pot, with a rich flavor extraction nearly as good as a French press.

Works great with lighter roast that turn out too acidic in the espresso machine.  The full flavor of the bean shines through.

The problem is that that device looks cheap and produces no real crema as an espresso machine does.
