Detailed Commentary
Well - the Atomic was suggested to me by my brother as being the best coffee he has had (a sheltered life you may ask?) but upon getting one (after much ado) I would have to say that there is very little like a coffee brewed in the Atomic. It takes getting used to, especially the frothing the milk deal but that is just a matter of practise. The beautiful thing about the Atomic is that it is always hot coffee. Hot in taste and to taste - you have GOT to love that. After all the research (yes some people do actually research coffee makers in the hope of finding utopia) I would have to say that it is well worth the experience, would I sell it - NO .... not in a blue fit!!!!
So, for all those asthetically attracted non coffee drinking purchasers who think that it looks good on the mantle piece next to the Wedgewood - you are missing out on what is a good experience.
If in doubt, borrow, steal or make very very good friends with someone who has one and you will see what I mean. If after that you satill have doubts then talk to Frederick and I am sure he will set you straight.
Just to compare I have a "normal" coffee machine (or three) and for coffee that is fun to make and pleasing to drink the Atomic is the bomb!!
