Detailed Commentary
This is a small moka pot from Italian Bialetti. The difference between the Brikka and other moka pots is that it can make froth on top of your espresso. But you definately won‘t get it the first time you use it. The Brikka is hard to master, because of the many variables that you have to think about; if you grind to coarse, the pot will most probably boil over, because water comes through too quickly. The same thing will also happen if you have slightly too much of water. The secret behind the Brikka is the heavy lid that covers the mouthpiece where coffee finally comes out. When the pot has its right pressure the lid will open, hopefully making a nice froth on top of your coffee. Never seen this in any store, but ordering it directly from Bialetti costs $17.54.
