The filter is too coarse. Numerous times in the last month the filter has blown out of the top so all the grounds are drawn into the pot. Too many nooks and cranies for easy cleaning . Parts not readily available.
Detailed Commentary
After a year and a half I enjoyed the coffee but having to filter the coffee after brewing is a pain in the backside. I haven't any idea why the filter has begun to blow out of the top but refiltering is not on my list of fun things. Replacement parts have not been found so as of yesterday I went back to my reliable and trusted Braun.
As of right now the Infuze is for sale.
My experience with Technoscout also left much to be desired. Promised delivery was late and the customer service people provided no service. I won't ever use Technoscout for anything.
While the coffee was good the Infuze was not a product I would recommend to anyone. Cleaning is an exercise in futility. The top vents cannot be fully cleaned even with a tooth brush and the rest of the top even with the detachable spout is not easy to reach. The pot does have the plus of an opening large enough to get a hand inside thue it can be fairly easily washed.
Leakage was not a problem and while better than some of the other vacuum brewers Black & Decker surely could have done a better job and having a parts site is one of them

Gave the Infuse to charity but probably shouldn't have stuck some unlucky receipient with that peice of junk
