Positive Product Points

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe.
I like the upper pot filter being held in place
with a spring clip just as in Silex VacPots.

Negative Product Points

Throw away the included cheap plastic three legged
pot rest. Very flimsey & springy. A hot liquid accident waiting to happen.

Detailed Commentary

I web searched. First contacted Bodum USA distributor - they wanted $40.00 plus shipping!
Bought at www.ashlanecoffee.com for $26.95.
Their only method to ship is 2nd Day FedEx.
This makes a full bodied coffee - not expresso.
Could not believe Folgers could taste so good.
My Mr. Coffee is now in the yard sale pile.
This is a manual pot and has to be watched so it doesn‘t boil dry. (A small price to pay.) Besides
the vacuum action is fun to watch.
P.S. For you experimenters out there - A Cory glass rod does work in this pot.
