Mine is actually a blue Starbucks Utopia. This is the way coffee should be brewed! I was amazed at how fast and how easy it was to brew coffee. Just as a trial I took some old decaf that had always tasted aweful when brewed and this thing turned it into a masterpiece! This really is the answer to the french press!
Negative Product Points
The seal on the bottom comes off sometimes, but I did buy it used so I can't complain. If this seal pops off it won't sit on the base and automatically brew. Jug is really hard to clean.
Detailed Commentary
The coffee wasn't too hot or too cold. I like the way that the entire setup was easy to disassemble. Having the ability to throw most of it in the diswasher was nice too, as coffee oils don't like to come off of plastic easily. I guess that's one thing I would change if I could, though the chances of breaking would increase, glass is just nice. I also like how you can control how strong the coffee will be by just letting it recirculate. It seems to me that two times does the trick and still takes less time than a press or a drip brewer.

Three Month Followup
I already went through one microfilter, but they are $5 each at bodum.com so it is no big deal to order spares. The pot itself is not very easy to clean, but I got one of those new Dawn scrubbers to reach in and do the dirty work. I don't think it is well suited for brewing small pots of coffee (4 cups) but it does an excellent job with a full pot.
One Year Followup
Water got into the base. A complete disaster and fire hazard! Not repairable and no longer usable. Very disappointed.
