Small, portable, sturdy and makes a better espresso than most places.
Positive Product Points
Easy to use and easy to clean. Great for travel or for the office to make a pick-me-up after lunch espresso.
Negative Product Points
Not good for making multiple shots exceeding 4+. A gasket gets wet in the pump mechanism and then you are unable to pump. However, once it dries it works fine.
Detailed Commentary
I recommend the Lavazza Gran Crema ESE pods and 150 pod boxes are fairly inexpensive. If an espresso costs roughly 1.50+ at the local cafe then buying a box of 150 pods has paid for the device itself. Afterwards, you're paying roughly 30 cents a shot and with the Lavazza pods the crema lasts.
Once you heat the water, it's best to prep the little water tank with hot water, dump then refill with hot water if you want the hottest espresso you can get.
Sturdy enough for camping. Cleans and packs easily. Pods are typically individually wrapped for easy travel.
