Execellent quality, 6 cup is perfect. The piston chamber works well. No packing the grounds.
Negative Product Points
Order the 12 cup becuase we like the 6 oz. so much. Sent it back becuase they used the same size brewing chamber as the 6 cup.
Detailed Commentary
Takes just over 4 minutes to brew. The grind is key. Must be fine, with as little coffee dust as possible. Great for one or two people. Follow the directions and do not pack the grounds. Our coffee consumption decrease substantially over our pump espresso machine. The look and quality is excellent. We loved the 6 cup piazza so much we order the large 12 cup only to find out the brewing chamber was almost the same size as the 6 oz. We sent it back and ordered the Vev Vigano' Kontessa Oro Stainless Espresso Pot which is the same pot without the special brewing chamber. It works well when you fill the coffee chamber full. That is the biggest advantage to the Piazza is the piston chamber allows you to brew less than a full pot.
