My husband and I went to Belgium last summer and enjoyed the most incredible coffee at the hotel we stayed at in Brugge. The hotel sold the unique coffee maker they used for all of their coffee, a balance brewer, but the cost along with shipping was very high. When we returned to the U.S. we found the person who manufactured the Royal Balance Brewer in Belgium; His name is Patrick Van Den Noortgaete (www.ping.be/coffee4you/) and he was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased from him the identical coffee maker from the hotel along with a beautiful tray and service set that matched for an incredible price compared with what the hotel was charging. This coffee maker brews the most superb coffee – taking us back to Europe every time! The stunning set (we ordered it in palladium) has been the center of discussion whenever we entertain in our home. We highly recommend purchasing from Patrick…he has a quality product at an incredible value, especially for the true coffee connoisseur.
