Detailed Commentary

I have been using a Moka pot on and off for a few years.  I have come to really appreciate good coffee in that time, and I attribute most of that to this little coffee maker.  For the past year I have been drinking my coffee at work (boss put in a super-auto machine, sweet!) but the machine has been in for repairs lately, and I have gone back to the Moka pot.  I am glad to say that I've been pleasantly surprised again at the coffee it produces!  It's hard to compare it directly to the super-auto (rich coffee vs espresso?), but I enjoy the coffee just as much.  Nice to go back to such a simple device and  the old routine.... take it apart, put some water and grinds in, put it together, put it on the stove, enjoy!  You really can't go too far wrong with this thing.  Great for travel, camp stoves, boats, at home, wherever.  Seems to boil up faster on gas stoves, but does fine on electric too.
