Detailed Commentary
After using an electric drip machine for years and preground coffee, discovering what real, fresh, quality coffee and roasting at home can do along with a competent, classic brewing device has got me totally blown away. No longer is my coffee bland, insipid, and half cold. Now the coffee is clean, crisp, and HOT! All the wonderful flavors of the bean come right through. Compared to a French press that I've been fiddling with, the coffee has a little less body, but it's also not as muddy.
