Please note, due to the volume of email we get, we cannot help with one on one training, techniques, bean purchases or suggestions, or any kind of personal-shopper services. If you need these kinds of services, there are many excellent one-on-one venues like coffee forums, reddit, facebook groups and others ready and willing to help with your questions.
